Shipping policy
Orders will usually be shipped in 2 to 5 working days.
Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class, First Class, First Class signed for or Tracked as chosen at checkout.
If you're outside the UK you now have the option to choose International Standard post or International tracked.
Please note: I cannot ship to the E.U. and likely will not be able to any time soon. There are a number of difficult regulations and rules needed to ship to the E.U. at the moment, it is complex and expensive and not feasible for me with a small business I run alone.
Please be aware that International tracked adds clarity on where a parcel has gotten to if a parcel is taking a long while to get from the UK which is one reason why it's a safer choice and I would definitely recommend this for large orders or orders containing an original, if it's lost it can't be replaced.
International orders may need to pay customs fees on receiving their order, it is difficult for me to know whether this will happen, so please do check before ordering so you do not incur any unexpected fees as it is out of my hands once it has been posted and I'm not liable for those fees.
U.S. shipping is now available again in my shop BUT...
Please include an email and phone number for customs purposes.
U.S. customers will see that the items in my shop have a 10% increase in price, this is to cover the new U.S. tariff on items entering the U.S. I then pay this fee and your item should move through customs smoothly. However if your item does incur unexpected fees this is out of my control.
Please be aware of this when ordering.
Not received your order?
For UK orders if you have not received your package 10 days after your shipping confirmation please contact me at sammackulinart@gmail.com or through the contact form, we will hopefully be able to replace your order if it seems it has gotten lost. Please allow 20 days if you are a EU customer and 25 days if you are a customer from anywhere else in the world before contacting me.

If you've just made a mistake on your order, eg. put the wrong address!
That's ok! But please email me at sammackulinart@gmail.com or through the contact form quoting your order number straight away and we can sort it out. Obviously this is not possible after I've sent it out.
Packaging
I aim to make my orders completely plastic free...
(However some orders may need a cellulose bag for extra protection only when necessary, these are usually biodegradeable eco friendly plastics but are still not ideal so are used as little as possible.)
Prints and originals are packed in a glassine bag (completely recyclable, biodegradable and compostable) and secured with recyclable and biodegradeable paper tape.
I try to keep any labels and stickers eco friendly.
However customs labels have to be standard labels.
Depending on the size or fragility of the original or print I may add extra protection but this will always be something like tissue paper or backing card.
Your items will then be placed in a hard wearing brown cardboard envelope. The seal may be given extra protection with some more recyclable and biodegradeable paper tape.
I hope that this adds up to a package that still keeps your prints and artworks very safe but I am hoping to continue improving my packaging as more eco friendly options are made available, if you have any suggestions or recommendations please do let me know!
Please Note: I am not perfect, I realised recently I accidentally used some labels that were not appropriate for recycling and not very eco, and will be changing to ones that are but it all takes trial and error to learn!
Please reuse your packaging, put it in cardboard and paper recycling or compost the items that can be composted.
